FAQs
Questions about working with Sevicos.
A few practical answers about Shopify projects, software development and vStoreOS.
Services
-
What does Sevicos build?
Sevicos develops Shopify stores, SaaS products, custom business software, mobile and desktop applications, and integrations. We also build vStoreOS for retail inventory, billing and reporting.
-
Can you improve an existing Shopify store?
Yes. We can review your current store and scope improvements to its theme, navigation, product pages, performance or integrations. Share your store URL and the issues you want to address.
-
Can you migrate my store to Shopify?
Yes. Migration work can include your product catalogue, content, URL redirects and relevant integrations. We review the current platform and data before confirming what can be transferred and how.
Projects
-
How much does a project cost?
Cost depends on the scope, design requirements, integrations and existing setup. Share a short brief so we can outline the work and provide an estimate based on your project.
-
How long will development take?
The schedule depends on the features, integrations and review process. We agree milestones after understanding the scope and flag any dependencies that could affect delivery.
-
Do you offer support after launch?
Ongoing support and development can be included in an agreed plan. The proposal should specify what is covered, how requests are handled and which work is quoted separately.
-
Who owns the code and project accounts?
Code ownership, licences, account access and handover are set out in the project agreement. Third-party themes, apps and services may have their own licence terms.
vStoreOS and billing
-
What is vStoreOS?
vStoreOS is a Sevicos product that brings retail inventory, GST billing and sales reporting into one workspace. Request a demo to review its current features and suitability for your store.
-
Does GST billing also include GST return filing?
GST billing and GST return filing are separate functions. Ask us to confirm the currently supported workflows and integrations in vStoreOS before relying on it for return submission.
-
What details should I share for business billing?
Include your business name and billing requirements in your enquiry. The quotation will identify the billing entity and applicable taxes. Provide your billing address and GST details when an invoice is arranged.
